Scarlett is bringing in a variety of fresh-from-the-sea fishes and seafood from Europe, including Dover Sole, Mediterranean Red Mullet, Atlantic John Dory, Spanish Sardine, Brittany Seabass and more. Canadian Lobster, Ecuador Prawns and Japanese Octopus will also be the highlight.
Choose your fish or seafood item available from the catch of the week and request your preferred cooking method from Ceviche, Carpaccio, Tartar, Soup, Stew to Pan-seared or simply order from the weekly menu.
