Goût de France by Alain Ducasse

Rech by Alain Ducasse will also be participating in Gout de France on March 21st. This is an initiative that Alain Ducasse has been instrumental in creating and promoting:

On the same day, 5000 chefs around the globe will create a unique French dinner. Beyond a celebration of French cuisine, Goût de France pays respect to today’s cuisine: humanist, energetic, diverse, and relevant. Contributing Goût de France chefs all share the same values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high quality, environmentally responsible cuisine.
