ÉPURE presents Seasonal Specialties and Exceptional Wines from Loire Valley

In celebration of the Le French May Arts Festival, ÉPURE, a proud ambassador of French gastronomy, honours Le French GourMay with seasonal specialties and exceptional wines served with inspiration from Loire Valley, the revered culinary region of the year, from now until 31 May.

Executive Chef Nicolas Boutin’s beautifully crafted dishes will be incorporated in ÉPURE’s lunch and dinner menus.

Dishes include heirloom tomato, finely diced, marinated and served with “pineapple tomato” sorbet as a delightful starter to whet the appetite; local freshwater fish pike perch, bathed in red wine & beetroot butter sauce and a green sorrel froth, simple but finely executed; pork rillons, a succulent slice of pork belly being brined and marinated with white wine and herbs, then steamed and served with seasonal white asparagus and caramel jus.
