EASTER CARNIVAL with La Maison du Chocolat
Chef Nicolas Cloiseau, Creative Director of La Maison du Chocolat, has unmasked his plans for a delectably colourful and exotic Easter egg hunt this April. The colourful exterior designs of the eggs are like masks covering cocoa and silky praliné that is tucked inside. The eggs so boldly flaunt their personalities they are difficult to hide but a treat to behold.
Three eggs with cocoa from Brazil, Java and Ghana come alive to show the endless versatility of cocoa…Let the Easter magic begin!
- Mask Brazil: Dark chocolate Brazil 55%, milk praliné with almonds and hazelnuts with slivers of caramelized biscuits.
- Mask Ghana: Dark chocolate Ghana 68%, dark praliné with pecans and slivers of caramelized pecans
- Mask Java: Milk chocolate Island of Java 45%, half dark/half milk praliné with crushed caramelized cashews.
