Truffle lovers are in for a treat at InterContinental Hong Kong’s 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse with a special Winter Black Truffle Menu, showcasing one of the world’s most expensive edible mushrooms (Available now through February 28).
For the 5-course Black Truffle menu, Executive Chef Guillaume Katola a has selected exquisite seasonal products including blue lobster from France, grilled sea scallops from Scotland and beef fillet from Australia, which match perfectly with the black winter truffle he has sourced from Provence.
As a special treat, guests ordering the 5-course menu with Chef Guillaume’s truffle dishes, will also be served additional truffle tableside.
