At ÉPURE, every plate is crafted to stimulate the palate and excite the senses in harmony. Signature dishes include White Button Mushroom Soup with Baby Spinach Gnocchi, a true Parisian creation made using champignons de Paris (King Louis XIV’s favourite mushroom); Seared Duck Foie Gras, Shaved & Marinated Pear and Caramel Jus, a hallmark dish in French haute cuisine; the must-have Vol au Vent, a classic French recipe with a flaky, buttery puff pastry ring, langoustine, ‘petit bateau’ fish and liquorice-scented coulis. For dessert, the Grand Marnier Soufflé with Mandarin Sorbet is a luxurious dish with refreshing balance, while Tableside Caramelized Mille-Feuille with Fresh Strawberries and Lime Zest Chantilly is a dramatic and delightful conclusion to a fine meal.


Celebrating the best of France, ÉPURE also features a cheese cellar with 25 distinct varieties of rare, artisanal handmade cheeses. Using in-depth knowledge of French produce, only the finest cheeses by owners of small, traditional farms steeped in generations of cheese-making knowledge are directly imported from France on a seasonal basis.


Going hand-in-hand with cheese, ÉPURE offers a magnificent collection of wines ranging from affordable bottles to rare vintages, which received the coveted Two Glass Best of Award of Excellence rating by Wine Spectator since 2016.
